The Stay There rack systems are easy to assemble, and most require no tools (sometimes an allen wrench is included). The crossbar can be adjusted to fit most SUVs and cars with 34.5" to 49.5" racks. A rubber strip across the top of the crossbar virtually eliminates wind noise, a common problem with many square and round bars.

The rack legs have rubber pads on both the body of the leg (outer part of the clamp) and the inner clamp. The mechanism that provides the clamping power is inside the crossbars, and the clamp is tightened (or loosened) by removing the nuts using an allen wrench tool.

Plastic endcaps protect the interiors and give your roof rack an aggressive look. The system also comes with additional caps and anti-theft keys, which can be kept in the center console or glove box to avoid losing both keys. The keys also help with security against theft.
